Increasing understanding of existing enterprise users of IoT applications

We undertook a survey of 450 enterprises in key IoT sectors across nine leading countries to determine the drivers, issues, challenges and opportunities for suppliers. The assignment allows suppliers to focus on key growth areas and to position themselves better to develop the market for existing IoT enterprises further.

Analyzing the market drivers for future IoT enterprise adopters

Examining the future IoT enterprise market in nine key markets across core IoT segments through interviews with 270 organizations. We looked at where opportunities for suppliers lie and which issues enterprises and facing in terms of business priorities, technologies and appetite for innovation. This assignment helps suppliers to prioritize opportunities in the next wave of IoT market development

Matching enterprise needs with CSP expertise in IoT connectivity

This project compares enterprise IoT connectivity priorities with a CSP assessment of the same issues. We drew on the results of a global enterprise survey and undertook a series of eight in depth qualitative interviews with leading IoT CSPs. The findings are valuable for CSPs in addressing enterprise priorities and in applying their expertise to enterprise thinking.

Mobile network solutions for identity verification

Based on a survey of 450 enterprises in nine countries, we explored how and why enterprises are conducting identity verification, particularly using cellular solutions for identity verification. We determined opportunities for cellular data and technology to support the customer and enterprise throughout the customer journey.

CIO Insight

Working with a leading business publisher we managed CIO outreach for the client’s membership network, discovering pent up service demand as well as how key CIO technical and management concerns are evolving. Key to this was understanding how geo-political issues play into their need for insight on supply chain risk and on-shoring, as well as how management of technical innovation is affecting the board level decision structures.

Mobile solution product satisfaction

For a leading mobile manufacturer in the Cambodian market, we surveyed end used to understand the effectiveness of marketing channels and the attractiveness of specific features, as well as churn drivers. As a result, the client was able to create successful marketing campaigns tailored to the target market, as well as having a direct input to broader regional product strategy. 

Telco small business package satisfaction

Using a qualitative business customer survey implemented via telephone, we reviewed product satisfaction and competitive positioning for our client’s service in the Bahamas. Our analysis scoped out a new flexible small business package that would address competitive pressures whilst meeting the immediate needs of small business and those working from home.

Broadband retention and churn management

Using a combination of self complete online survey and qualitative follow up interviews, we identified a range of product and service issues affecting the home market broadband in a key Caribbean market. As a result we were able to describe a program of tactical changes that would drive up both retention and revenue, whilst laying the groundwork for a longer term competitive strategy.

Sales enablement

For one of the premier research businesses worldwide, we provided sales enablement activity aligned with their internal systems and processes to help turn inbound enquiry into revenue flow. This entailed working with – and in some cases redesigning – existing marcomms and sales processes, and tracking progress and outcome to help identify the correct KPIs as well as actually driving sales, revenues and margin.

Market disruptor profiling

We worked with a specialist UK publisher to help write and edit a series of new corporate profiles of disruptive market entrants in the photonics industry. Designed around a new template, these involved a series of interviews with founders and technical staff to identify unique technologies, marketing, and funding approaches, and provided a summary of the disruptors likely impact on their specialist market.
