To help guide this engagement, we have devised a four-step process to maximise the value of the program where each step generates specific outputs.
Four-Step Process
Step 1: Discovery & Challenge Framing (1/2 Day)
Objective: Understand your current revenue context and growth barriers. This will include a discovery call (or group call).
After purchase of the full report, the two-day consulting package can be activated by emailing marketing@tecfutures.com. This must be done within three months of report purchase.
Step 2: Issues Deep-Dive (1/2 Day)
Objective: Deeper analysis by TecFutures of the identified roadblocks underlying the growth challenges.

This will leverage TecFutures Revenue Acceleration Framework to help assess facts that may be hindering revenue growth.
Step 3: Opportunity & Action Prioritisation (1/2 Day)
Objective: Convert challenges into actionable priorities. This will include an assessment of practical growth levers (e.g. GTM optimisation, use case focus, buyer education, QoS differentiation).
Step 4: Growth Roadmap & Deliverable (1/2 Day)
Objective: Provide a concise, actionable output deliverable roadmap for your teams.
